Credit User Information

What is a credit user ?

A credit user is a low-cost option for occasional users of FinanSys Apps. This could be a contractor, freelancer or volunteer for example.

Credit users can only see a list of Apps they have access to. They can start a process and see Tasks only relevant to their submission status – nothing else.

Credits can only be sold as add-ons to Subscription customers (full users).

Standalone Credit users are not permitted.

How much does a credit cost ?

Credits cost as little as £3.50 per submission and are priced based on the number of credits you purchase.

Further Information

  • Credits are purchased in bulk (a minimum of 10 can be purchased in a month)
  • A Credit is consumed only when a Credit Based User initiates a process from an existing App. Regardless of the number of approvals in the process
  • Credits have a 12-month subscription term in line with your main subscription period
  • If someone rejects an initiation, that transaction will still consume a Credit
  • If a Credit user makes a mistake, then the approver can reassign the record to the initiator for correction and subsequent approval without another Credit being consumed
  • There is no limit to the number of credit users you can create
  • A Credit user cannot be an approver. Approvers need access to other features in FinanSys Apps like Business Intelligence and budget checking to make approval
  • Unused Credits cannot be carried over to a new billing year
  • FinanSys Apps will alert you when a critical level of Credits is left (you can set the critical level within FinanSys Apps)
