On occasions, FinanSys may also purchase mailing lists for the purposes of direct marketing. However, we will only do this from an authorised and registered provider that maintains a comprehensive Privacy Policy which safeguards your rights as an individual. Once we obtain your data, it is processed and recorded on secure databases, which are only accessible by authorised FinanSys personnel.

    FinanSys may use this information for processing your orders; delivering services, products or information; responding to complaints or account enquiries. FinanSys may also undertake an analysis based on past requests or your use of our services and products to contact you with information on new developments, products, services and special offers via post, telephone and other electronic means such as email and on the FinanSys website (subject always to any preferences expressed by you).We also gather statistics around email opens, clicks and corporate website activities with the use of industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our offering. 

  1. Disclosure of Information

FinanSys does not rent, sell or trade your information. When required, for Marketing purposes, we do share minimal, yet necessary information with a small number of trusted organisations. Through these carefully selected parties, we may also decide to utilise their services to inform and improve our products and services, via advertising and marketing information. Whilst we trust these services, we will not pass control of your personal information to any third party. This data is only used to help us make you aware of products and services that we have specially sourced for our customers and which we feel are of interest to you.

We only use personal data from publicly available sources, in addition to these sources, we also use data obtained through a reliable and professional data provider where the recipient has opted in to receive third-party Marketing. All data sourced via these methods are compliant with the GDPR legislation for B2B communication. At the first point of communication and in line with this policy, we clearly state your right to withdraw your consent to Marketing at any stage. This can be actioned by means of our email unsubscribe button, via phone or email. Should you request a Right to Erasure, we will action your request within one calendar month. After this point, you will no longer receive any Marketing communication.

FinanSys’s website may contain links to other company and organisational websites that are not owned or operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
